Michael Phegley

  • Associate Professor of Business Administration

Faculty advisor for the Carthage Mock Trial Team and the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, Professor Michael Phegley is a practicing attorney with Phegley, Laufenberg & Jensen, a practice that concentrates on family, criminal, labor and employment law, as well as alternative dispute resolution. He is the Municipal Judge for the Village of Mount Pleasant in Racine County, and also serves as a Judicial Court Commissioner for Racine County. He teaches Legal Environment of Business, Business Law for Accountants and Mock Trial.

Prof. Phegley has a J.D. from Marquette University, and a B.S. in labor and industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He joined the Carthage faculty in 2004 after serving as an adjunct professor at Carthage and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
