Kathy Ryan

  • Assistant Professor of Education

Kathy Ryan teaches elementary and special education courses at Carthage. She came to Carthage in 2011 after seven years as a teacher and administrator at St. Mary's University of Minnesota, where she also earned her doctoral degree. She earned a B.S. in elementary education at Winona State University in 1990, and an M.Ed. in educational psychology at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 1994. She has also been a special education teacher at schools in Minnesota, Texas and Wisconsin, and was an assistant professor of education at Concordia University Wisconsin.
