Professor Jan Owens joined the Carthage faculty in 2006. She has a Ph.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a B.A. and M.L.S. from the University of Rhode Island. Her teaching, research and professional interests focus on branding and private label strategy, retailing and multi-channel marketing, and marketing research. She is a member of AMA, ACRA, AMS, and the DMA professional organizations.
